Abstract: The general objective of IQUAL_CAMPUS is to improve the quality and coverage of training services in the field of labour equality in Galicia and Northern Portugal, through the joint development of a pilot cross-border training system specialising in gender equality at work, aimed at training and certifying the main players to achieve the effective and widespread inclusion of the gender perspective in all professional activities in the Euroregion.

IQUAL_CAMPUS is an initiative led by the Xunta de Galicia's DXRRLL, in collaboration with CIM Alto Minho, CIM Cávado, public administrations with competences to promote training and employment, and the University of Santiago de Compostela and the University of Porto. All the partner organisations are pursuing the common goal of promoting equal access to quality training services in the Galicia-Northern Portugal Euroregion, as a mechanism for promoting equal opportunities for men and women in employment, as well as cooperating by sharing resources, knowledge and good practices.

Final beneficiaries/target population: teachers and equality technicians involved in supporting the implementation of labour equality measures in companies and other social groups, who request training services focused on gender equality at work, of quality and adapted to the Galicia-Northern Portugal territory, where depopulation and isolation hinder access to these training services and contribute to social inequality, which particularly affects women.
