The 9th Annual Meeting of Political Economy will take place in Porto, from January 29 to 31, 2026, dedicated to the theme "Fundamental rights, well-being, and quality of life," organised by the Institute of Sociology of the University of Porto (IS-UP) and the Católica Porto Business School.
The call for papers is available on the Meeting website (an English version will be available soon), with submissions open until September 30. Specific calls for the various EcPol Thematic Sections are also open.
The president of the Meeting will be Carlos Manuel Gonçalves, Emeritus Professor of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Porto.
